Our manufacturing processes:
Punching
CNC turret punching machine.
Bending
Precision CNC bending.
Welding
Welding using GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), SMAW (shielded metal arc), or contact spot welding processes. Machines with digital process control.
Sanding
High-volume surface sanding to remove burrs, scratches, or to achieve a uniform texture.
Insertion
Insertion of PEM™ studs and nuts, eliminating the need for weldable studs or screws during product assembly.
Finishing
Parts can be given a surface finish such as powder coating, anodizing, chromate conversion, tin plating, silver plating, etc.
Design and Development
Design and development of metal parts based on an initial concept or sketch. Creation of manufacturing drawings and exploded assembly views in CAD.

We operate under an internal quality system using inspection guidelines, instrument control and calibration, and production control—ensuring process repeatability and product quality.
